Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digirapido website located at digirapido.com (the “Site”) and any related services offered by Digirapido LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products & Descriptions
Digirapido offers ASIC miners, GPU rigs, power supply units, and related accessories for cryptocurrency mining operations. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Product specifications (hash rate, power consumption) are provided by manufacturers and may vary slightly in real-world conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify product listings, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Images are for illustrative purposes and the delivered unit may have minor cosmetic differences from product photos.
- All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved financing arrangement.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, bank wire transfers, and selected cryptocurrency payments.
- For orders exceeding $10,000 USD, a signed purchase agreement may be required before processing.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and legal action to recover costs.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Digirapido Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Digirapido LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
Limitation of Liability
Cryptocurrency mining involves significant financial risk. Mining profitability depends on factors beyond our control including network difficulty, coin price, and electricity costs. Digirapido makes no guarantees regarding ROI or mining income.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digirapido LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
Digirapido reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers or via a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Order records are typically retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment handling, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Summary: We offer a 30-day return window on unused hardware and a 12-month warranty on all units. All units undergo a 48-hour burn-in test before shipment.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The unit must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- The unit must not have been powered on or configured beyond the initial setup screen.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team before shipping the unit back.
- Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Custom-configured units, bulk orders of 5 or more units, and clearance items are non-returnable. All sales on these items are final.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 business days of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- A restocking fee of 5% applies to all approved returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective unit.
- Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in USD equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction.
Warranty Coverage
All Digirapido products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Hash board failures not caused by user error or environmental factors.
- Power supply unit failures under normal operating conditions.
- Control board and firmware defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, power surges, water damage, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our support team at warranty@digirapido.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our technical team will diagnose the issue remotely within 48 hours.
- If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will issue an RMA and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Upon receipt, defective units are repaired or replaced within 10–15 business days.
- If a replacement unit is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Need to Start a Return or Warranty Claim?
Our RMA team responds within 24 business hours.
Summary: Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders for bulk orders.
Processing Times
All orders undergo a final quality inspection and packaging process before shipment. Standard processing times are:
- In-Stock Items: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-Order Items: Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and may be subject to manufacturer delays.
- Bulk Orders (5+ units): 5–7 business days for additional quality verification.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination:
- Standard (USA): 5–8 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS.
- Express (USA): 2–3 business days via FedEx Express or UPS 2-Day.
- International Standard: 7–15 business days via DHL Express International.
- Freight (Bulk/Pallet): Custom quoted — contact us for rates on orders of 10+ units.
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $5,000 USD.
International Orders & Customs
We ship to over 80 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the imported hardware complies with local laws and regulations. Digirapido is not liable for shipments seized or delayed by customs authorities.
We declare accurate values on all customs documentation. We do not under-declare shipment values or mark orders as “gifts” to reduce customs fees.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via your Digirapido account dashboard.
- Digirapido is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing.
- If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, you must notify us within 5 business days to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Digirapido is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
- Signature confirmation is required for all orders over $1,000 USD.
